Group Guidelines, Please read before joining.

Submissions should be finished pieces of work. This group should be an exhibition of refinement.

We do not accept slap-dash drawings, anything blurry/fuzzy (this includes pictures even if it is Steampunk related), stick figures, or non-steampunk related pieces.

We do NOT accept submissions that have a couple of cogs or a pair of goggles throw on at random. Especially if everything else in the piece is modern and not of the Victorian era. This includes jewelry, weaponry, art, costume photography, etc, etc, and ever one of these submissions is subject to be denied.

Submissions should fall under the following categories (not DeviantArt categories): Steampunk Costumes, Steampunk Arts/Crafts/Sculptures, Steampunk Literature, Steampunk Fine Art, Steampunk Comics, etc.

☼ Stock is not allowed, no exceptions.

☼ Nudity is not allowed, no exceptions.

☼ Gore is not allowed, no exceptions.

There are specific categories for you to submit your art to. Art submitted to the wrong folder is subject to be declined until submitted to the correct folder or asked to be moved because there was a mistake. Example: If you have DRAWN a piece of art please submit it to the Artwork folder not Costume Photography. That is a folder for photography of costumes, cosplay, and modeling in the Steampunk/Victorian category.

Submissions to the Featured folder are automatically denied. Please submit to the appropriate folder for each individual submission.

Deviants may only submit one piece per folder, per day. Anything that looks like a repeat pose is subject to be denied.

All entries are subject to a vote.

Submissions are to be only Steampunk themed. This includes Victorian and Old-west based Steampunk works. Sub-genres, such as Dieselpunk, are also accepted.

It's been a wonderful year for steampunk here in 2014!  Amazing artists abound, and submissions have never been more plentiful!  To help these amazing artists receive their due attention, we (the admins) will now be doing a small journal highlighting two or three artists that caught our eye!  Happy New Year!
Now, without further ado,
Lawrence Zilochius

With less than 5k pageviews, this man is truly a hidden gem!  His gallery sports multiple professional-quality dieselpunk and steampunk costumes and props, paired with clever scenery and deft camera work.  Only the foolhardy would pass up a perusal of such a beautiful gallery!

Evidently the Lego medium lends itself brilliantly to the steampunk genre!  DwalinF's Lego steampunk creations are masterfully done, and his presentation is that of an artist who means business.  Clean, crisp imagery displaying well put-together work.  Cheers!

Joel Matthew Sanford

Some people inexorably have steampunk in their soul.  This man, I believe, is one of them.  His work has a certain homogeneity: steampunkiness.  It's hard to describe, but you'll know what I mean when you check out his wonderful gallery!

Is this group still alive?  I notice nothing's been added to the galleries since late November -- I, myself, have a piece submitted that's just been sitting there for 3 weeks now -- any chance of getting a decision on it?  Thx!

We only accept submissions in batches each month, this is why you haven't seen any submissions.
